Optional 2 Year Warranty

Duration: This warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of the service or until your vehicle reaches 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, for parts. Labor is covered for 12 months or until your vehicle reaches 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Coverage: This 2-year limited warranty covers defects in parts for a period of 2 years or until your vehicle reaches 24,000 miles, and labor-related failures for 12 months or until your vehicle reaches 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, within the specified warranty periods.

Terms and Conditions:

Non-Warranty Services: Any additional services not covered by this warranty must be paid for separately and are not included as part of the warranty service.

Exclusions: This warranty will not apply if your repaired vehicle has been subjected to abnormal use, misuse, neglect, an accident, alteration, or tampering by individuals other than authorized Facility personnel.

Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover replacement or repairs resulting from normal wear and tear incurred during regular use of the vehicle.

Limitations: The Facility’s employees and/or agents do not have the authority to modify the terms of this warranty or make any promises beyond those specified in this warranty.

If you believe your vehicle is experiencing an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our Facility to report the issue and provide the necessary information.

Inspection: We will assess your vehicle to determine if the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.

Approval: If the issue is deemed to be covered by the warranty, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or parts replacement.

Payment: All costs associated with non-warranty services or additional services requested in conjunction with warranty service must be paid separately by the vehicle owner.

Please retain a copy of your service receipt as proof of warranty coverage.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original recipient of the service.
